What We Collect

The personal information needed to enrol, train, assess and support you — contact details, your USI, prior study or work experience relevant to enrolment, language/literacy/numeracy information, assessment results, and any support needs you choose to share. We only collect what we genuinely need.

How We Use It

To deliver and assess your training, provide support, manage your enrolment and fees, meet our regulatory reporting obligations (including to ASQA and NCVER), and issue your qualification or Statement of Attainment. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Keeping It Secure

Your records are kept securely, with access limited to staff who need it to do their job. Physical records are kept locked; digital records are password-protected.

Access and Correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time — just contact our Student Services office. We respond within 10 business days.

This summary reflects our Student Privacy Policy (FSTP17), handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact our Student Services office with any privacy questions, or to request the full policy.

Training records are kept for a minimum of 30 years as required by law. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
